The condos at Carolina Willows are an easy 10-15 minute commute to the Golf Academy that offers fully furnished comfortable living. Furnishings include full size beds in each room, full size washer and dryer. The kitchens are fully stocked and have everything you need to prepare all your meals.Each condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and all utilities are included, including high-speed internet. So one rent check covers it all. Just bring your clubs and your clothes.
Although the furnishings are different in each unit, the layouts are all the same.
We only lease to students from The Golf Academy of the Carolina's.
Lease is per student, no need to look for roommates to split the rent! Rent is per student. [You will have roommates from the Academy.] You are only responsible for your rent, not the entire unit. We lease by the semester. First lease is 2 semesters, then after that we extend by the semester. Security deposit and 1st month rent is due 30 days prior to moving in.
Note: If the student is under 21 years of age, a parent is required to cosign the lease.
